Weekly:

Monday evening Insight Meditation
7pm to 8.30pm at the Bellingen Yoga Studio at 8 Crown Street with Will James. All are welcome, new and experienced, to come along for an evening of meditation, inquiry and discussion every Monday evening.


Fortnightly:

Dorrigo Insight Meditation Group
Every fortnight the Dorrigo Insight Meditation Group meets 6pm to 6.45pm in Dorrigo.

Monthly:

Circle of Women - Insight Meditation
- Resuming as a monthly event on Sunday March 5th from 10am to 1pm -

These Gatherings of women, facilitated by Jude Baderle as single day events, offer an exploration of the dharma in creative ways
 
Please note we will be at a different venue in Bellingen for March only. Just for this month it will be followed by optional lunch or drink at a local café.

On Sunday April 2nd we will be back at the Dowle Street Studi
o, where we share lunch -  so from April on, please bring a plate to share.
